Mai Anh Nguyen (Minerva) is completing her Juris Doctor at La Trobe University and is concurrently undertaking her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen. She previously graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in Vietnam and broadened her legal education through an exchange program at National Taiwan University.
Before moving to Australia, Minerva worked in Vietnam as a journalist and research assistant, roles that sharpened her research, analytical, and communication skills. Her international perspective, combined with her fluency in Vietnamese and English, enables her to support clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds effectively.
In July 2024, Minerva joined Bardo Le Noureddine Lawyers, where she has developed practical expertise in immigration law, particularly in employer-sponsored visas (subclass 482, 186), training visas (subclass 407), and skilled migration pathways. She also assists with student and visitor visa applications, including matters involving the Administrative Review Tribunal process.
Her professional experience is underpinned by a strong academic foundation and a commitment to continuous learning. With a compassionate approach to client service and an ability to simplify complex legal procedures, Minerva is dedicated to supporting individuals and businesses through every stage of the migration process.
