Rayane holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is a recipient of Golden Key from the International Honour Society for her academic accomplishments in her law degree. Rayane is an active member of both the Law Institute of Victoria and the Victorian Women Lawyers Institute. Leveraging her broad background in business, policy, and legal expertise, Rayane has cultivated a versatile skill set essential for achieving successful outcomes for our clients. Her particular expertise lies in navigating complex visa cases, spanning various immigration areas, including family visas (parents and spouses) and citizenships. She possesses experience in conducting merits reviews before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, consistently achieving successful outcomes.
Before transitioning to immigration law, Rayane was employed at the Parliament of Victoria, where she worked directly with diverse migrant communities. Her passion for immigration law is deeply rooted in a commitment to social justice, human rights, and the empowerment of diverse communities. As a member of Amnesty International Australia, Rayane actively participates in initiatives fostering justice and equality. With a migrant background herself, she intimately understands the challenges faced by recent migrants and has dedicated her efforts to serving and uplifting the community.
In addition to her legal acumen, Rayane’s fluency in Arabic enhances her ability to assist clients for whom English is a second language, ensuring effective communication and understanding throughout the legal process.
