Salma has a dual passion for Education and Law. Her journey has been one of continuous learning and growth. In 2019, she graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Education. In 2022, she attained her Bachelor of Law (Honours) and completed her Practical Legal Training with Leo Cussen, leading to her admission to practice in September 2023.
Fuelled by a commitment to advocacy and justice, she began her legal journey as a Project Officer within the Conduct and Integrity Branch of the Department of Education. Here, she undertook the vital task of drafting reports addressing staff conduct, with a focus on child safety and reportable conduct. Her dedication to upholding integrity and safeguarding vulnerable children and young people was evident as the outcomes of these investigations were compiled and submitted to the Commission for Children and Young People.
Today she is a migration solicitor with Bardo Le Noureddine Lawyers, blending her passion for law with a commitment to serving individuals navigating the complexities of immigration. Her journey continues to be guided by a profound belief in the transformative power of Law and Education, especially in the field of migration, where every legal action holds the potential to shape people’s lives and futures.
